Happy 6th Anniversary, Pastor Terri!
A pastor’s anniversary refers to his or her annual hire date anniversary, which for Rev. Terri is the first Sunday in December. It is an excellent time to show some extra pastor appreciation. It can also be a good opportunity to build unity around our church’s ministry and vision. And building unity will generate excitement and help launch our church forward into the next year.
Our pastor plays an invaluable role in leading and maintaining her parish, church, or community. Her anniversary is an opportunity to recognize her years of service and celebrate the experience, growth, and progress of the church under her guidance. As a member of the congregation, it’s only natural that you’d want to celebrate your pastor’s anniversary by giving her the love, encouragement, and inspiration she needs to continue spreading God’s message in an effective way.
