Ministry Leader: Sister Dorothy Gardner

Purpose of this Ministry:

• keep a complete record of the church membership and such vital statistics as
  births, deaths, baptisms and weddings;
• receive all applications for church letters and issue them under
  authority delegated by the General Board.
