“How can I be sure I’m saved?”

1. Agree with God that you are a lost sinner unable to save yourself. (Romans 3:10, 23; 1 John 1:8-10).
2. Believe that Jesus died for your sins and ask Him to be your Savior (John 1:12; Acts 16:31; Romans 5:8).
3. Confess Jesus as Lord (Romans 10:9, 13; Ephesians 2:8,9).
4. Deal with your doubt (Romans 1:16; John 5:24, 10:27-29; 1 John 5:11-12). The Bible says that God cannot lie (Titus 1:2). Trust in God!

Salvation does not depend on feelings or an emotional experience. It comes when you believe what God has promised in His Word.

• “Why do I need it?”
• “Can I be rescued (saved)?” or “How can I get into Heaven?”
• “I’m saved, now what?”
